Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to offer acceptance.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit for the role.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
- Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and make recommendations for process improvements.
Job Requirements:
- Strong understanding of Software product development, Engineering Services, Automotive Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, Plant Engineering recruitment and sourcing techniques.
- Familiarity with recruitment management tools and technologies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred but not required.

- Technical Graduation or Engineering Preferred
