Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to offer acceptance.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit for the role.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
  • Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and make recommendations for process improvements.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of Software product development, Engineering Services, Automotive Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, Plant Engineering recruitment and sourcing techniques.
  • Familiarity with recruitment management tools and technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred but not required.

Qualification:

  • Technical Graduation or Engineering Preferred
