Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth functioning of all F&B outlets, including restaurants, cafes, bars, room service, banquets, and events.
  
• Supervise steward activities such as serving food and beverages to guests according to their preferences.
  
• Manage waiter activities by coordinating with kitchen staff for timely delivery of orders.
  
• Oversee stewardess activities like maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
  
• Provide exceptional hospitality services to ensure guest satisfaction.
