Job Description

  • Put the organisations talent and human resources strategy into action
  • Provide guidance and assistance to HR generalists, management, and other personnel as needed
  • Supervise the hiring process for qualified job candidates, particularly for managerial, specialised, and expert positions
  • Forecast talent requirements and oversee hiring
  • Manage discipline-related staff issues.
  • Administer all HR activities such as new hires, and terminations for employees.
  • Review policy friendliness and costs.
  • Provide weekly & monthly inputs and other reports to support HR functions.
  • Develop and implement innovative engagement schemes and HR interventions to achieve and sustain the highest engagement score.
  • Lead the talent management process including development planning, identifying bottom performers, and creating plans for correction.
  • Provide accurate analysis/reports for Head-Human Resources and Corporate for year-end salary review process management linked to Talent Management.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and organization skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills as well as intercultural skills
  • High reliability and ability to work under pressure
  • Enthusiastic, dynamic, self-motivated
  • Create a culture of performance, openness, and trust.
  • Good knowledge in sourcing candidates.
  • Work with division managers to determine the qualifications and abilities needed for open positions
  • Proactively address and handle employee relations to ensure a harmonious work environment.
  • Handle disciplinary proceedings, terminations, and investigations involving employees
  • Determine and recommend changes to internal standards of conduct, such as team restructuring and morale-boosting
  • Provide clarity and connectivity for employees, so that their responsibilities fit the overall corporate strategy
  • Championing the onboarding process by ensuring that it is high-quality and current
  • Establish and implement orientation and training programmes to help with recruitment efforts and to get employees equipped for their duties
  • PREFERABLY FROM IT INDUSTRY

Required Candidate Profile

  • Excellent communication skills
  • 9-15 years of experience
  • Team handling
  • Strategic thinking
  • Must have strong IT Recruitment experience.
  • Should be strong in governance and execution of HR policies and processes
  • Should be hands-on in handling HR with complete ownership
  • Strong at Business writing, Human Resources (HR), Employee Engagement, Leadership, Training & Development.
  • Should work under HR Manager
