Job Description
1) Business Growth & Revenue generation: - Lead onboarding and activation of MISPs to meet business growth & revenue targets for the zone.
2) Strategic Planning: -
Expand motor insurance penetration for Tractor dealers or 2wh and MTBD vehicles.
Boost MISP onboarding across all motor dealer segments.
3) Sales & Target Management:
Set & track monthly insurance premium targets.
Analysing daily performance, providing feedback and corrective actions.
Motivate & develop the team for high performance.
Ensure effective and impactful travel plans for the team
4) Relationship Management: - Maintain key relationships with dealers / OEMs & insurance companies across the Zone.
5) Compliance: -
Ensure MISPs and POSPs adhere to the IRDA guidelines and policies.
Ensure 100% 64vb compliance for all booked policies.
