We are urgently looking out for US Healthcare Recruiters / Work from Home (REMOTELY) in Night Shift. Need someone who is well versed with US Healthcare Recruitment for Registered Nurse, RN, Travel Nurses & all other Paramedical Staff on Fulltime & Contractual Positions across USA
Exp.: Min. 2 year of US Healthcare recruitment for Nurses & Paramedical Staffs for US Hospital Facilities.
No. of Vacancies : 5 resources
Shift Timings: EST (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM)
Role & Responsibilities:
He/She is
- Responsible for handling requirements from US based clients for their Healthcare Domain (RN, Staff Nurses, Travel Nurses & all other Paramedical Staffs across USA
- Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: Sourcing, Interview, Offer, Negotiation and Closed Candidates for Assigned Requisitions.
- Sourcing from all major Job Portals Career builder, Indeed & LinkedIn etc & also making job postings on the Job Portals.
- Responsible to work on Full Time as well as Contract positions.
- Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submitting into interview and placement.
- Responsible for Sourcing Cvs in the healthcare area Nurses, RN, Health Care Administrators, Physician Assistant, Physician/Doctors, Therapist, Pathologist, MRI Technician, to name few.
- Validation of Resumes for work experience in respective field, Licenses and also verification of work status etc.

# Excellent interpersonal and applicant assessment skills.
# Excellent technical aptitude with attention to detail
# Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once
# Dedicated Hard working and Deadline driven
# Experience in Tax Terms - 1099/W2
# Worked on Contract, Contract to Hire , Permanent & Remote positions.
# Proactively building Client, VMS & resume database.
# Proactively building resume database for upcoming/highly potential requirements.
# Good Team player with Interpersonal, good verbal and oral communication skills in English.
# Work extensively with Recruitment Job Boards i.e. Carrier Builder, LinkedIn & Indeed.com AND very well versed exp. using ATS CEIPAL, Job Diva Or Bullhorn
