Minimum 4 years of US Staffing experience.
Experience working on technical and IT contract positions
Prior experience working for direct clients (not H1 marketing)
Good understanding of various US work authorizations.
Good understanding of tax terms like W2, Corp to Corp and 1099.
Experience discussing rates, salaries and/or benefits.
Good experience with using job boards like Monster, Dice etc.
Able to close, confirm and follow up with candidates in regards to interviews or offers.
Fair grasp of technology.
