- Job Title: Sr. Solution Architect (.NET Core & Oracle) Experience Required: 10+ years Location: Mohali, India Job Type: Consultant/ Full Time Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Solution Architect with expertise in .NET Core, Oracle Database, and Oracle Cloud to lead the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of modern software architecture principles, cloud-native approaches, and best practices in building scalable, high-performance, and secure solutions. You will be responsible for shaping the technology roadmap, ensuring robust integrations, and mentoring development teams to deliver impactful solutions. Key Responsibilities: Architect End-to-End Solutions: Lead the design and evolution of enterprise-scale software architectures, ensuring alignment with both business goals and the overall technology strategy. Technology Strategy & Evaluation: Research, assess, and recommend the most suitable technologies, frameworks for new projects and system enhancements. Design and Documentation: Develop high-level technical architecture documents using industry-standard methodologies and ensure thorough documentation of technical designs and integration patterns. Hands-On Development Expertise: Lead by example with strong hands-on technical skills in .NET Core, C#, Oracle Database, and Oracle Cloud services. Design database models, optimize queries, and fine-tune PL/SQL performance. Cloud-Native Architecture: Leverage expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and other public cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) to build scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud-based solutions. API & Integration Design: Define integration strategies using RESTful APIs, web services, and message queues to ensure seamless communication between various system components, legacy systems, and third-party services. Scalability and Performance Optimization: Ensure the solutions are designed to handle high traffic, with a focus on performance tuning, load balancing, and scalability across cloud environments. Security & Compliance: Implement industry best practices for security (e.g., encryption, authentication, authorization) and ensure solutions are compliant with relevant standards (e.g., GDPR, SOC 2). Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, translating business requirements into robust architectural solutions while clearly communicating complex technical concepts to stakeholders at all levels. Mentorship & Team Leadership: Guide and mentor development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices in coding, design, and architecture. Foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement within the technical teams. Microservices Architecture: Must have strong expertise for implementation of Microservice Architecture in enterprise level applications. Continuous Learning & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies and evolving best practices to integrate innovative solutions into the architecture and deliver cutting-edge solutions. Qualifications: 10+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or in a senior technical role with a focus on enterprise-level solutions. Proven experience in designing and implementing solutions using .NET Core, C#, Oracle Database, and Oracle Cloud. Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, including containerization and microservices patterns. In-depth knowledge of API design, cloud integrations, and modern development practices. Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban), as well as CI/CD and DevOps practices. Expertise in performance tuning and database optimization (PL/SQL, query optimization, etc.). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience in cloud cost management and optimization strategies for Oracle Cloud and other cloud platforms.
