POS Machine Sales Associate

Location: Delhi NCR 
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary:  Fix Salary  + Incentive 

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven POS Machine Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling point-of-sale (POS) systems to businesses, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance their operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential business clients to introduce our POS solutions.
• Needs Assessment: Understand the specific requirements of clients to recommend appropriate POS products and services.
• Product Demonstrations: Conduct in-depth demonstrations of POS systems, highlighting features and benefits relevant to the client's business.
• Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and relationship management.
• Customer Support: Provide post-sale support to ensure seamless installation and address any client concerns or issues.
• Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to effectively position our products.

Requirements:

• Experience: 0-2 years in sales, preferably in technology or POS systems.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Technical Proficiency: Basic understanding of POS systems and related technologies.
• Attributes: Self-motivated, customer-focused, and able to work independently.
• Other: Possession of a valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
