    Key Responsibilities:

    • Greet and assist visitors with a professional and welcoming attitude.
    • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
    • Manage office supplies, scheduling, and appointments.
    • Support administrative tasks as needed (e.g., filing, data entry, etc.).
    • Maintain a clean and organized front office environment.
    • Handle incoming mail and packages.


    What Were Looking For:

    • Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative role preferred.

    • Proficiency in MS Office and general office equipment.
