Job Description

    Job Summary:

    As a Service Advisor for two-wheelers, you will be the key point of contact between customers and the service department. You will be responsible for managing customer interactions, understanding their service needs, providing accurate service estimates, and ensuring the timely and effective completion of repairs and maintenance. Your role is to ensure excellent customer satisfaction while managing the day-to-day service processes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Customer Interaction:

      • Greet customers and listen attentively to their concerns or service requirements for their two-wheelers.
      • Create accurate service orders, detailing customer issues, maintenance needs, and repair requests.
      • Provide customers with clear and detailed information about services, repairs, costs, and timelines.
      • Offer advice to customers on preventive maintenance and service schedules for their two-wheelers.
    • Service Coordination:

      • Schedule service appointments, ensuring that customers are aware of the service time and any requirements.
      • Work with mechanics and technicians to ensure that work is completed on time and to the customers satisfaction.
      • Communicate service progress to customers, ensuring they are kept up to date on repairs and any additional issues found during service.
    • Sales & Upselling:

      • Promote and upsell additional services, such as maintenance packages, accessories, and parts.
      • Offer suggestions for performance-enhancing upgrades or seasonal maintenance, based on customer needs.
    • Issue Resolution:

      • Address customer complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism, striving to resolve any issues or dissatisfaction.
      • Handle complex or escalated issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving problems to the best of your ability.
    • Documentation & Recordkeeping:

      • Maintain accurate and up-to-date service records in the system, tracking customer interactions, service orders, parts used, and repair history.
      • Provide customers with clear and detailed invoices, explaining the work completed, costs, and any warranties on parts or services.
    • Customer Follow-Up:

      • Conduct follow-up calls or messages to ensure customers are satisfied with the service provided and to remind them of future service needs.
    • Maintain Cleanliness & Organization:

      • Ensure the service department is clean, organized, and well-maintained, including the reception area and service counters.

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; certification in automotive or two-wheeler service is a plus.
    • Proven experience as a service advisor or in a customer-facing role, preferably in the two-wheeler or automotive industry.
    • Knowledge of two-wheeler repair and maintenance processes, parts, and services.
    • Strong communication and customer service skills.
