    Job Description: Finance Manager (Non-CA)

    Position Title: Finance Manager
    Location: Gurgaon
    Department: Finance & Accounts
    Employment Type: Full-time
    Working Days: 5 days (WFO)

    Job Overview:

    We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Finance Manager (Non-CA) to oversee and manage the financial operations of the company. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of taxation, GST, TDS, labor laws, and other statutory compliance. This role will also involve managing payroll and ensuring the timely submission of returns and other compliance activities.     Key Responsibilities:

    1. Taxation Management:
      • Handle all aspects of direct and indirect taxes including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other related tax functions.
      • Ensure timely filing of tax returns and payments and manage tax audits.
      • Provide insights and recommendations for effective tax planning to optimize tax liabilities.
    2. GST, TDS & Compliance:
      • Oversee GST filing, reconciliation, and ensure the company's adherence to the GST laws and regulations.
      • Address any queries related to GST and liaise with tax authorities if necessary.
      • Manage TDS calculations, deductions, and filing of returns in compliance with prevailing tax laws.
      • Prepare and submit TDS certificates to vendors and employees on time.
      • Ensure compliance with all TDS-related provisions under Income Tax laws.
      • Ensure the company adheres to all statutory compliance requirements including GST returns, TDS returns, ESI, PF, and other applicable regulations.
      • Coordinate and manage audits with external authorities.
    3. Payroll & Labor Laws:
      • Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing for all employees.
      • Oversee compliance with statutory requirements related to Labor Laws, including but not limited to the Payment of Gratuity, Bonus Act, Maternity Benefits, and Working Hours.
      • Monitor compliance with PF, ESIC, and other labor welfare provisions.
      • Liaise with labor authorities and manage audits related to labor laws.
    4. Provident Fund (PF) & Employee State Insurance (ESIC):
      • Ensure correct deductions and timely remittance of PF and ESIC contributions.
      • Prepare and submit necessary filings for PF and ESIC compliance.
      • Handle all queries related to PF and ESIC from employees and authorities.

    Key Requirements:

    • Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
    • Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a focus on taxation, compliance, and payroll management.
    • Strong understanding of TDS, GST, PF, ESIC, and other labor laws.
    • Experience in managing statutory audits and liaising with tax authorities.
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and financial software tools.
    • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
    • Experience in managing a team is an advantage.
    • In-depth knowledge of the latest financial regulations and updates in tax laws.
