Job description Greetings from Nalanda Educational Institution Position - TGT Math Teacher Location - Benz Circle, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced TGT Math Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching mathematics to students in middle school (grades 6-8), inspiring them to understand complex concepts while promoting logical thinking and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging and effective math lessons in alignment with curriculum standards. Teach core math concepts such as algebra, geometry, trigonometry, and data analysis to students. Encourage critical thinking and problem-solving skills through interactive teaching methods. Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to help students excel. Develop creative learning materials and projects to enhance student engagement. Foster a positive and supportive classroom environment conducive to learning. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistency in teaching and the integration of interdisciplinary projects. Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and academic development. Participate in professional development programs and school events. Requirements Bachelor's or Masters degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field. B.Ed. or relevant teaching certification (preferred). Minimum 4+ years of experience in teaching mathematics at the middle school level. Strong understanding of middle school math concepts and curriculum standards. Excellent communication, organizational, and classroom management skills. Passion for teaching and inspiring students to develop a love for mathematics.
