Job Description
- Sales & Business Development: Lead and manage the sales process for LAP products by actively pursuing leads, generating new business, and converting prospects into customers.
- DSA Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with Direct Sales Agents (DSAs), providing them with the necessary support, training, and guidance to ensure success in selling LAP products.
- Target Achievement: Consistently achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall sales objectives of the organization.
- Client Consultations: Engage with potential clients to understand their financial needs, explain LAP offerings, and guide them through the loan application process.
- Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with market trends, customer demands, and competitor products to ensure competitiveness in the LAP product offerings.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Implement and execute sales strategies to enhance lead generation, conversion rates, and overall business growth.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, prepare regular reports on sales performance, and present data to management.
- Customer Support: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving client issues, addressing queries, and ensuring smooth loan processing.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a focus on LAP or similar financial products (preferably in NBFCs or financial services).
- Age Limit: Candidates should be 32 years or younger to apply for this role.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with DSAs and clients. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Education: A bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. An MBA is a plus but not required.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Loan Against Property (LAP) products, and familiarity with the sales process in the financial services or NBFC industry.
- Technology: Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Personality: Self-driven, results-oriented, and proactive with a strong customer focus. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
