Job Summary: We need a Scrum Master / Project Manager to lead teams in delivering high-quality projects on time and within scope. The role involves ensuring Agile practices, driving project success, and fostering team collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Scrum Master: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives). Coach teams on Agile practices and ensure focus on sprint goals. Remove blockers and collaborate with Product Owners for a prioritized backlog. Promote continuous improvement and team collaboration. Project Management: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with stakeholders. Manage timelines, and resources. Track progress and update stakeholders regularly. Align project outcomes with business goals and implement performance metrics. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. 2+ years in project management, including 2+ years as a Scrum Master. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies Proven ability to deliver tech-driven projects. Preferred Skills: Experience in startups or high-growth environments. Familiarity with DevOps and SDLC. Strong decision-making and motivational skills.,
