Location: Infopark/Perumbavoor Experience: 6+ Years Notice Period: Immediate/Max 30 days We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Full-Stack Developer/ Lead Dot Net Developer to join our dynamic team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in .NET technologies, Angular(preferred), SQL, and API development. You will play a key role in designing and implementing robust, scalable, and innovative solutions, particularly for Inventory ERP products. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications. Develop and maintain robust back-end solutions using ASP.NET and ASP.NET Core. Build and optimize front-end applications using Angular.(preferred) Develop and manage APIs for seamless integration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable healthcare ERP solutions. Ensure database integrity, efficiency, and performance using SQL Server. Mentor and guide junior developers, promoting best practices in coding, design, and architecture. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies to improve product quality and performance. Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges in a timely manner. Required Skills and Qualifications: Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, and C#. Hands-on experience with Angular (preferred). Solid knowledge of SQL Server and database design principles. Proficiency in developing RESTful APIs. Domain Knowledge: Minimum of 2 years of experience working on Inventory ERP products. Soft Skills: Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Experience: At least 6+ years in Backend development. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in cloud technologies (Azure or AWS). Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.,
