- Account Management
- Accept and meet responsibility for revenue targets.
- Defining Project pricing Strategy
- Managing Topline and Bottomline
- Engaging Project Sales team
- Support sales development execs/managers (SDR/BDR/SDM/BDM) in executing the sales cycle by thoughtfully addressing key stakeholders in the buyer journey while navigating organisational complexities.
- Monitoring, Mentoring Guiding Project Sales team to surpass Sales and Margin targets
- Ensures sales regulation and guidelines are fully complied.
- Mapping and relationship management of Key Accounts stake holders.
- Customer Meetings & engagements:
- Identify and address major customer concerns on product, quality issues.
- Public speaker - Being a good public speaker at web seminars / Podium at customer events is essential.
- Travelling will be essential part of business and could require extensive customer visits.
- Channel Management and customer support activities.
- Identify & Develop project channel partners in India .
- Properly identify risks and opportunity.
- Dedicated hard-core hunting and New Logo acquisition role.
- Successfully engaged with some of the largest and most strategic accounts and land a number of meaningful and sizable wins.
- Identify new opportunities in the market, building relationships with prospects as an expert on employee benefits.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and its value to the prospective customers.
- Think critically about sales data and recommend new and scalable strategies to improve both sales numbers and the customer experience.
- Identify inefficiencies and pain points in existing workflows for Project Sales team/prospects/customers and clearly communicate how we can solve these issues.
