Job Description

JOB ROLE: Field sales executive 

Location: West Bengal 

Salary: Upto 22000 (Inhand) + ESIC PF + Petrol Allowance 

Qualification: 12th or graduation 

A field sales executive's responsibilities include:
• Visiting customers: Making regular visits to customers on their call list   
• Setting goals: Establishing objectives for each visit and working to achieve sales targets   
• Building relationships: Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers   
• Promoting products: Demonstrating products and explaining their features and benefits   
• Gathering information: Collecting customer feedback, competitive information, and product quality and rotation data   
• Reporting: Providing sales reports to management, including tracking metrics and analyzing performance   
• Participating in meetings: Attending sales meetings in person or by phone, and participating in trade fairs and conferences   
• Keeping records: Maintaining accurate records of sales and performance   
• Negotiating: Negotiating deals and contracts   
• Completing projects: Completing any other projects or duties assigned
