• Excel Reporting: Create and manage reports and product details using Excel.
• Timely Solutions: Address and resolve issues efficiently as they arise.
• Analytical Skills: Utilize problem-solving and analytical skills to provide prompt solutions.
• Report Preparation: Prepare and submit reports to senior staff as required.
• Data Management: Enter and process data accurately to keep records up-to-date and ensure operational efficiency.
• Compliance: Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards, and ensure adherence to industry regulations and best practices.
• File Organization: Organize and maintain both soft and hard copy files as needed.
• Team Collaboration: Work with team members to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality and security of all data and information.
• Administrative Duties: Perform additional administrative tasks and duties as assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).
