Job Title: Land Acquisition Manager Department: Real Estate/Development Location: Trichy Job Summary: The Land Acquisition Manager is responsible for identifying, evaluating, negotiating, and securing land opportunities for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. This role requires strong market analysis skills, relationship management, and knowledge of zoning and regulatory frameworks to ensure the successful acquisition of land in line with the companys growth strategy. Key Responsibilities: Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential land acquisition opportunities. Analyze zoning laws, regulatory requirements, environmental impact, and development feasibility. Site Identification & Evaluation: Source and evaluate prospective land parcels by conducting due diligence, including financial feasibility, title verification, and legal compliance. Negotiation & Deal Structuring: Lead negotiations with landowners, brokers, and other stakeholders to secure land under optimal terms. Structure and finalize acquisition deals, including contracts and agreements. Competitive Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging markets to inform land acquisition strategies. Qualifications & Experience: Local candidates only can apply (In & Around Trichy/Tiruchirappalli) 4+ years of experience in land acquisition, real estate development, or related fields. Strong understanding of zoning laws, land use planning, and regulatory processes. Proven negotiation and contract management skills. Experience in financial modelling, market analysis, and investment feasibility studies. Excellent communication, networking, and relationship management skills. Proficiency in real estate software, GIS mapping tools, and MS Office Suite. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of local real estate markets and development trends. Understanding of environmental and geotechnical assessments.
