Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies to minimize delays and deviations. Track project budget and expenses, manage project finances and ensure projects are delivered within budgetary constraints. Communicate project status, updates, and critical milestones to stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and cross-functional teams. Conduct regular project reviews and retrospectives to evaluate project performance, identify lessons learned, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
