Company Description Cygnus Accountants is a back-office support service provider to Registered tax agents and public practice firms in Australia. The company specializes in Bookkeeping, Year End Accounts, Tax Return & Planning, SMSF Tax Returns, BAS/IAS Returns, and more. With expertise in Australian accounting and tax laws, Cygnus Accountants offers competitive pricing and secure infrastructure to meet the needs of accounting firms of all sizes. What you'll be doing Managing and supervising complex insolvency and restructuring engagement Undertaking detailed financial analysis and investigations Preparing Draft reports, notices, Initial letters, proposals and other deliverables for clients and stakeholders Lodging forms with ASIC related to liquidation and Insolvency Coordinating with Onshore Team Members and Creditors Performing admin tasks such as documenting the correspondence. What we're looking for Experience in insolvency, bankruptcy, restructuring or corporate recovery (Having experience in Indian Liquidation and Bankruptcy profile will be preferred) Strong technical accounting and financial analysis skills Excellent communication and management abilities Demonstrated experience in managing complex engagements and leading teams Basic knowledge of insolvency legislation and regulations Expert in Microsoft Office Applications, Word and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot table) Experience in Finance and Journal Entries (Accounting) Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field Strong attention to detail and analytical skills,
