Company Description Lendingkart Group aims to provide working capital finance easily accessible to entrepreneurs, allowing them to focus on their businesses without worrying about cash-flow gaps. Lendingkart Technologies Private Limited is a fin-tech startup specializing in working capital solutions, while Lendingkart Finance Limited is a non-deposit NBFC offering SME lending in India through technology-driven credit assessment. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Deputy Collection Manager at Lendingkart in Kharagpur. The Deputy Collection Manager will be responsible for overseeing the collection process, managing a team of collection executives, developing collection strategies, and ensuring timely recovery of dues from borrowers. Qualifications: You will manage the portfolio of the assigned geography. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of collections agents to achieve performance targets and objectives You will follow up with delinquent cases personally, along with the collection manager, along with the collection agencies team & ensure resolution of the cases. You will recruit collection agencies, repossession agencies, valuation agencies as on where required. You will recruit advocates as required. You will have collection & legal knowledge of secured & unsecured business. You will have relevant legal knowledge to use the same recovery & collection tool. You will have proper MIS & account management knowledge. You will be open to operate from home & without the presence of an office. You will be excellent in written & oral communication skills. You will have the ability to interact with the senior management team in case of requirement. You will be an efficient leader, must believe in the spirit of teamwork, must maintain the decorum of the office, must follow the reporting hierarchy, must follow the entire laid down policy & Process of collection. Required skills: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant Years of experience required is 5-8 years Must have 1 - 2 years of experience in unsecured collection Proven experience in collections management within the financial services industry, preferably in a fintech or banking environment. Strong leadership abilities with a demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop teams. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends to drive strategic decision-making. Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements governing collections practice,
