    Position Overview: A Diamond Jewelry Sales Executive is responsible for providing high-end customer service, assisting clients in selecting premium diamond jewelry, and ensuring a luxury shopping experience. This role involves building strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and maintaining extensive product knowledge about diamonds, settings, and craftsmanship. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Customer Service: Greet customers and provide a warm, personalized shopping experience. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable diamond jewelry pieces. Explain diamond quality factors (4Cs Cut, Clarity, Color, Carat) and assist in making informed purchase decisions. Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with high-value customers and VIP clients. Follow up with clients for special occasions, promotions, and after-sales services. Handle customer queries, returns, and exchanges with professionalism. Product Knowledge & Presentation: Stay updated on diamond trends, certifications, and the latest jewelry designs. Educate customers about diamond authenticity, certifications (GIA, IGI), and craftsmanship details. Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product displays are appealing. Sales Target Achievement: Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets. Upsell and cross-sell to maximize revenue and enhance customer experience. Participate in promotional activities, trunk shows, and exclusive brand events. Store Operations & Compliance: Maintain accurate records of sales, customer preferences, and stock management. Follow company policies on security, cash handling, and ethical sales practices. Coordinate with inventory teams for stock replenishment and order placements. Qualifications & Skills: 2-5 years of experience in luxury retail or diamond jewelry sales. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Technical & Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of diamonds, precious stones, and jewelry craftsmanship. Knowledge of diamond grading, certifications, and global jewelry market trends. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and persuasive selling skills. Luxury customer service experience and relationship-building skills. Attention to detail and ability to handle high-value transactions with integrity. Working Conditions: Retail showroom environment with weekend and holiday shifts. Handling and showcasing high-value diamond jewelry pieces. May require travel for exhibitions, brand events, and VIP client meetings. This role is crucial in driving sales, building brand loyalty, and offering an exclusive luxury buying experience in the diamond jewelry industry.
