Job Description

RESPONSIBILITY: 1. Leading the design and development of medical equipment and systems, including analyzing user needs and requirements, developing technical specifications, and creating detailed design documentation. 2. Collaborating with Junior engineers, healthcare professionals, and manufacturers to ensure that medical equipment and systems meet regulatory and safety standards. 3. Submission of reports / maintaining service records as well as incident report. 4. Update of service activity in service app by self and team 5. Ensure Customer Satisfaction & to maintain healthy liaising with Hospital, Authorities& various other clients. 6. Ensure the proper channel escalation with in the TAT 7. Coordination / tracking of team activities. 8. Ensure the completion of Assigned Preventive Maintenance on time. Experience: 5- 7 years of field experience in medical devices / Multi specialty hospital/ Biomedical Equipment Maintenance Project.
