Job Description

PREAMBLE

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Techno-Commercial Manager to drive our sales efforts and strengthen our relationships within the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical knowledge and sales expertise, enabling them to effectively communicate our product offerings to OEMs and build strong customer partnerships.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS KPI

Responsibilities:

• Prepare compelling sales pitches tailored to various OEMs in the automotive sector.
• Conduct technical presentations on our fire protection systems, showcasing product features and benefits.
• Interpret technical drawings and specifications to provide informed solutions to clients.
• Utilize excellent negotiation skills to secure deals and foster long-term relationships with customers.
• Identify potential customers, engage with existing clients, and develop strategies to expand our market presence.
• Follow up consistently with both new and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and drive repeat business.

Required Knowledge, Skill and Abilities:

Knowledge:

• Preferably from the automotive sector, with a focus on sales and technical roles.
• Strong technical understanding of fire protection systems or related products.
• Proven track record in sales, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and drawings.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
