Job Description
We are currently having an opening for follows:
Designation: Sr. Executive - Stores
Job Location: Vasai (E)
Education: Graduate
Relevant Experience: 2-3 years in pharma machinery manufacturing company
CTC per annum: 2.5 - 3 LPA
Responsibilities:
1) Processing purchase requisition received from production.
2) Maintain and check inventory records accurately.
3) Check the requisition with purchase standard.
4) GRN in ERP.
5) Stock reconciliation on weekly basis.
6) Develop and execute stores strategies.
7) Partner with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements documentation.
8) Determine quantity and timing of deliveries.
9) Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand.
10) Preparing the purchase requisition for stores and processing for procurement.
11) Overall Supervision of store department to ensure receipt & proper storage of
material.
12) Check the inward & outward stock and maintain the register.
13) Maintain proper cleanliness of store department.
14) Periodical stock review and reconciliation.
15) Stock statement report submission.
16) Proper status labeling of all material.
17) Organize & supervise packing material dispensing.
18) Prepare the daily, weekly and monthly reports.
