Analytics and Reporting: Develop sophisticated analytics and reporting mechanisms to demonstrate the ROI of SEO initiatives, thereby influencing executive-level decision-making. Industry Leadership: Stay ahead of trends in SEO, adopting agile methodologies to maintain a competitive advantage. Culture of Excellence: Promote a culture of continuous improvement with a focus on data-driven decision-making and agile responsiveness to market trends. Requirements Experience: At least 6+ years in SEO, showcasing a considerable track record in strategic role implementations that have boosted organic search visibility and conversion rates. Strategic Execution: Proven ability to develop and sustain comprehensive SEO strategies effectively. Leadership Skills: Strong capability in leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving, with proven success in people management and professional team development. Client Management: Proficient at managing client interactions and skilled in handling escalations successfully. Continuous Learning: Committed to staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies, sharing insights within the team. Recruitment and Compliance: Ability to identify talent gaps, lead recruitment efforts, and ensure adherence to ethical standards and regulatory compliance. Technical Proficiency: Extensive expertise in using SEO and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, ahrefs, SEMrush, MOZ, and Google Search Console etc. Communicative Excellence: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at fostering cross-departmental collaboration and influencing strategic decisions. Leadership Visibility: Demonstrated leadership within the SEO community through publications, keynote speaking engagements, or active participation in professional organizations. Advanced Analytics: Advanced skills in using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, with a strong focus on tracking leads, conversion paths, and analyzing data for strategic decision-making.
