Job Description
- Overview The Production Chemist/Officer plays a crucial role in the manufacturing process of Pharma (Neutraceutical & API's) products. They are responsible for ensuring that production processes run efficiently and that the quality of the products meets the required standards. Key Responsibilities Developing and implementing production processes and procedures Monitoring production parameters and identifying areas for improvement Participating in the scale-up of production processes Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards Collaborating with production and quality control teams to address issues Preparing reports on production efficiency and product quality Operating and maintaining laboratory equipment Conducting troubleshooting and root cause analysis for production issues Training and supervising junior staff Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field Experience in chemical production or manufacturing environment Knowledge of quality control processes and standards Proficiency in analytical techniques and instrumentation Strong understanding of chemical reactions and process optimization Experience with regulatory requirements for chemical manufacturing Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Good communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation Skills: gmp,documentation,production processes,communication,regulatory requirements,teamwork,analytical techniques,chemical engineering,quality control processes,decision-making,attention to detail,process optimization,problem-solving,manufacturing,chemistry,interpersonal skills,chemical reactions,
