Job Description

The Senior Manager-Sustainability will lead the development and implementation of sustainability strategies across our Agri business operations. This role is pivotal in driving sustainable practices and aligning business units with sustainability standards. Roles & Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Develop and execute the companys sustainability strategy, aligning with corporate goals and standards Oversee the integration of sustainability initiatives across all business units and geographies Act as a key advisor to senior business management on sustainability related issues and opportunities To drive the upcoming Net Zero Commitment of at divisional level and provide support at Corporate level Program Management Design and implement sustainability programs and initiatives aimed at reducing environmental impact and promoting social responsibility Monitor and report on sustainability performance metrics ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards Drive innovation in sustainable practices and technologies in Agri related operations Stakeholder Engagement Foster relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, NGOs and industry groups to advance sustainability initiatives Engage with internal teams to promote a culture of sustainability and ensure alignment with company objectives Reporting and Communication Prepare and present sustainability reports to senior management and external stakeholders Communicate sustainability achievements and progress to internal and external audiences Risk Management Identify and assess sustainability related risks and opportunities within the agribusiness operations Develop risk mitigation strategies and ensure robust management of environmental and social impacts Educational Qualification Required Bachelors degree in environmental science, Sustainability, Agriculture or related field. Masters would be preferred Experience Required Min 10 years of experience required in sustainability Proven track record in leading sustainability initiatives across multiple geographies and business units,
