Key Responsibilities: Project Management: - Plan, execute, and manage custom software projects (web and mobile) from concept to delivery. - Create detailed project plans, timelines, and other reports. - Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. - Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to align expectations. Business Analysis: - Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements. - Work closely with stakeholders to define project objectives and success criteria. - Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical deliverables. Presales Support: - Collaborate with sales and technical teams to develop proposals, estimates, and client presentations. - Conduct feasibility studies and provide insights on technical solutions during the sales process. - Participate in client discussions to understand needs and present customized solutions. Execution and Delivery: - Take a hands-on role in problem-solving and issue resolution during project execution. - Ensure technical feasibility and alignment with client requirements in both web and mobile projects. - Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies. Leadership and Collaboration: - Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to ensure collaboration and project success. - Act as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure effective communication Skills and Qualifications: - Must-Have: Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or Business Analyst. Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert business requirements into technical solutions. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Experience managing end-to-end custom web and mobile development projects. Solid knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid). Strong documentation skills for creating requirement documents, user stories, and use cases. - Preferred: Background in software development with hands-on coding experience (added advantage). Experience in presales, including preparing proposals and delivering client presentations. Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar project management and collaboration tools. Knowledge of modern technology stacks and frameworks for web and mobile development.,
