- Designation: Event Manager - Exhibitions, Fashions Events & Conference Location: Bhiwandi, Thane Experience: 5+ Years Package: 4 Lacs to 6 Lacs Peppermint Communications is seeking an experienced Event Manager to lead our Events & Exhibitions business. As the organizer of leading trade shows in the innerwear, comfortwear, and sportswear segments, including renown IPs like INTIMASIA, Source NXT, Under Roof, Super Juniorz, The Change Masters, and Lingerie Fashion Week, we require a visionary leader with robust expertise in the events industry. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Ideation: Develop innovative concepts and strategic plans to enhance the stature and success of our events. Business Development: Drive revenue through effective space selling, securing sponsorships, and managing delegate fees. Marketing & Promotion: Spearhead promotional activities to maximize event visibility and participant engagement. Partnership Management: Cultivate relationships with trade media, associations, and chambers of commerce to expand market reach. Global Networking: Organize roadshows in India and abroad to strengthen our international presence. Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Operational Excellence: Ensure flawless execution of all events and exhibitions, maintaining the highest standards of quality and participant satisfaction. Qualifications: Proven experience in leading large-scale events and exhibitions, preferably in the textile, apparel, or fashion industry. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a keen eye for visual marketing. Strong networking prowess, with the ability to foster relationships across diverse geographical and industrial landscapes. Willingness to travel extensively, both domestically and internationally. A creative thinker with a strategic mindset, capable of transforming vision into reality. Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate will have a background in the textile, apparel, or fashion sector, or a strong passion for these industries. They should exhibit a blend of creative vision and pragmatic business acumen, with a track record of successful event management at leading exhibition companies like UBM, REED, Informa, AEBC or Messe Frankfurt.
