Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Maintain Monthly stock statement (DCNR - IN/OUT, DCR -OUT).

• Handling the Store & manage all documents regarding the materials, receiving of materials, issue of materials, outward & inward gate passes & G.R.N.

• Keeping all the materials in proper sequence in store. Ensuring proper storage, issuing and delivery system at construction site along with maintaining inventory

• Preparation of Indent, G.R.N , Issue to the Contractor and tracking all the materials against Purchase Order.

• Help Technical team to reduce the wastage % of free issue materials.

• Coordinating with various suppliers & Purchase team of H.O for supply of materials as per the Project Schedule.
