General:
- Must have 4-5 years of experience.
- Motivated technician with proven troubleshooting skills
- Proven customer service skills.
- Proven ability to learn from, and teach, peers and to research solutions independently.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to effectively multi-task and work in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
- Must be able to effectively communicate with customers over the phone, in person and via email while providing excellent customer service.
- Familiarity with workgroup and domain environments, and general networking troubleshooting
VDI:
- In-depth knowledge and experience on VMware View installation and administration.
- In depth Knowledge and experience on configuring and provisioning automated pools of desktops.
- In depth Knowledge and experience on configuring and Managing Linked Clones.
- Good exposure on VMware vsphere / ESXi environment in enterprise level is must
- Skill on network configuration and authentication options.
- Skill on configuring user profiles with View Persona Management
- Knowledge on View Command-Line Tools and Backup Options
- Skill on performance tuning of View infrastructure and View desktops
- Knowledge on PCoIP and Remote Desktop Protocol remote display protocols
- Knowledge and experience on monitoring the View environment by using VCops will be added advantage
- Knowledge on AD / GPO / DNS /DHCP is must
- Good exposure to ITIL process like incident, change, problem and change management
- Good communication Skills
- Willingness to work in shifts
