Opening for System Administrator for Tamil Nadu location.

Designation:- System Administrator
Experience:- 3 to 5 years
Salary:- 25k PM
Location;- Ranipat, Tamil Nadu
Gender Preference:- Any
Skills:-fluency in English, rich in subject knowledge, should have knowledge about school management software, CBSE related data entry work
Qualification:- TGT
Age of Range :- 28 to 32 years
Languages Known:- English and any Indian
Reports to Head of Operations

Responsibilities of the SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR will include but are not limited to:

Manage the school wide records

Oversee System Administrator to keep the ERP system updated

Review system logs

Report malicious or suspicious activity on systems

Report sensitive information stored on systems

Maintain user access administration

Disaster recovery planning

Disable unnecessary services on servers

Generate/Retain system backups

Comply with password requirements

Access control

Environmental protection (i.e., protection from possible exposure to water damage, excessive heat, etc.)

System audit logging

Maintain minimum security standards for systems

Monitoring of system activity

Identify any technical requirements or up gradations.

Train or help the teachers to become tech savvy.

Deal with technical service people to ensure the proper working of all the systems

Sends official messages to parents and staff.

RECORD KEEPING

Process applications and file records.

Complete all online forms and database.

Answer queries by searching and retrieving files.

Update files information.

Process all incoming and outgoing correspondence.

Perform data entry.

Add new files to archives.

Aid people in retrieving information.

Use scanners to convert forms, receipts, and reports into electronic format.
