Greetings for the day!
We are hiring for  Customer Service Executives.-Emails Process

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Will be required to take over existing customer relationships and manage the complete customer service role in the US Shift.
  • Has to be proficient in verbal and written English communications.
  • Should have experience of dealing with clients by emails
  • To resolve queries of existing clients through mails.
  • Will have the responsibility of maintaining of mails made, queries resolved.

Learning required:

  • Will have resolve the issues of the mails, replying to the customer.
  • He / She should be capable of handling multiple customers on a day-to-day basis.
  • We are offering a CTC of up to 30,000 based upon their last drawn.
  • We will prefer candidates who can join with minimum notice period.

Location: Mumbai Andheri East US Shift Sat and Sunday Fixed off

Qualification: HSC Minimum
