- Key Responsibilities : 1 Design, configure and code ServiceNow based on business requirements 2 Implement using best practices as pertains to workflows, integration, configuration, customization, orchestration, access controls, etc 3 Solid skills using ServiceNow platform: develop APIs, Script includes, and Service Portal development 4 Preparation of unit test cases and test scripts 5 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and solve issues and incidents within multiple components of the ServiceNow
- Technical Experience : Minimum 3 to 5 years of ServiceNow Development Experience 1 ServiceNow Developer is responsible for the Configuration, Administration, Development, Documentation and Technical support for ServiceNow applications 2 The individual will have to collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Technical Leads or SN Architects to Develop ServiceNow applications, working through stories in sprints to fulfill customer requirements
- Professional Attributes : Good communication skills and interface well with the business, line and senior management Flexible to work in 24/7 shift Good listening skills and the ability to follow directions and provide feedback
- Educational Qualification : Bachelors Degree in IT or Computer Science
