Accounts Executive ( 7 -12 yrs) @ Atmospheric Cooling

Preparation and Accounting treatment of Purchase/Sale Invoice, Maintenance of Cash/Bank Book, and Preparation of Journal etc. 

Complete all Formalities related with T.D.S. (Deduction & Deposit of T.D.S, Filling of
T.D.S Return and Issue of T.D.S Certificate). and Preparation Bank Realisation Certificate.
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including:
Month and Year End Process
Accounts payable/receivable
General ledger
Payroll and utilities
Budgeting
Cash forecasting

Generating Proforma and Tax Invoice in Tally ERP. Payment Entries in Tally

Prepare and fact-check invoices before sending them to customers

Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person.

Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.

Preparing financial reports.

Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies

Participate in quarterly and annual audits
