Application Production Support Job in Ara @ Ara Resources

Job Description

The Role:

• As an Application Production Support Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Internet and Mobile Banking applications. Candidate should have strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience in supporting complex financial applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor through APM tool and troubleshoot production issues related to Internet and Mobile Banking applications.
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve defects, implement fixes, and deploy releases.
• Provide 24/7 on-call / Physical support for critical production issues.       
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for application support.       
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.       
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Infrastructure, Security, and Business).       
• Implement automation scripts for repetitive tasks.       
• Ensure Security compliance with IT policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

 

Skills Required:

• 2+ years of experience in application production support.
• Strong knowledge of banking applications, internet, and mobile banking platforms.       
• Proficiency in programming languages (Java, Python, etc.) will be added advantage .       
• Experience with database management systems (Oracle, MySQL, etc.).       
• Understanding of IT service management frameworks (ITIL).       
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.       
• Effective communication and collaboration.        
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.       
• Strong attention to detail.       
• Good in documentation

Qualifications & Experience:

• BE, BCA, MCA, BSC IT, MSC IT.       
• 2+ Years of experience        
• ITIL Foundation, Redhat Certification
