Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Automation Engineer with expertise in PLC programming to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation equipment programming, servo motors and drives, motion control, and various programming software. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and implement PLC programs for automation equipment. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation solutions into manufacturing processes. - Troubleshoot and maintain existing automation systems to ensure optimal performance. - Develop and implement motion control systems involving servo motors and drives. - Create and maintain documentation for automation processes and equipment. - Ensure all automation solutions comply with industry standards and safety regulations. - Provide training and support to team members on automation systems and software. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in automation engineering with a focus on PLC programming. - Proficiency in programming automation equipment and familiarity with various programming software. - Strong knowledge of servo motors, drives, and motion control systems. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Preferred Skills: - Experience with industry-standard PLCs and automation software. - Knowledge of safety standards and regulations related to automation systems. - Ability to design and implement control algorithms for equipment operation. - Familiarity with the electronic manufacturing industry and related processes.
