The Azure Architecture Lead will drive the design, implementation, and optimization of our Azure- based cloud solutions. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, DevOps engineers, data engineers, and business stakeholders to architect and implement solutions that are robust, cost-effective, and aligned with organizational objectives. Overall Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale solutions tailored to business requirements on Microsoft Azure. Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of our cloud architecture while aligning with business goals. Define and implement architecture frameworks, standards, and best practices for Azure adoption across the organization Ensure adherence to security best practices in cloud operations. Technical Responsibilities Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions. In-depth knowledge of Azure architecture components, including compute, storage, networking, and security. Hands-on experience with Azure data services such as Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Synapse Analytics, and Cosmos DB. Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) solutions using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates for consistent, automated provisioning Design multi-cloud or hybrid-cloud environments. Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and methodologies for Azure. Implement disaster recovery and backup strategies for cloud systems. Integrate cloud-based solutions with on-premises systems. Provide technical mentorship and guidance to engineers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation. Optimize cloud storage solutions for performance and cost. Develop cloud-native security frameworks for compliance. Configure automated scaling solutions to handle workload fluctuations. Establish monitoring and logging solutions using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, and third-party tools. Conduct regular performance assessments and implement optimizations for storage, networking, and compute resources. Design high-performance data pipelines using cloud-native tools. Automate compliance audits for cloud infrastructure. Create and maintain comprehensive architecture documentation, including diagrams, processes, and technical specifications. Preferred Certification in Azure Solutions Architect Expert. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or related roles. Strong proficiency in machine learning techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, and ensemble methods. Experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, etc). Solid understanding of natural language processing techniques including sentiment analysis, named entity recognition, and text classification. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala for data analysis and modeling. Experience working with large-scale datasets and distributed computing frameworks. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Proven track record of delivering impactful data-driven solutions in a fast-paced environment.,
