We have also executed several overseas projects on turnkey basis. We undertake electrical and MEP installation jobs of commercial, industrial, Warehouse, Datacenter, Infrastructure and projects and have served clients in a variety of industries including data centers, education, health care, software, hospitality, manufacturing and retailing.
Designation: Project Engineer / Project Manager
Qualification: B. E/ B. Tech
Location: Bangalore, Indiranagar
ROLE
Manager Projects is responsible to oversee all the aspects of a project - design, planning, coordination, staffing, and executing. He / She is also responsible to meet the project's goals on time and within budget. Ensure effective use of labour, equipment, materials, tools, subcontracted services, and other company resources to perform and complete the scope of work
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Handling multiple projects execution and operations.
Track and manage project milestones for timely completion of project as per the project schedule.
Manage the resources and team members required to achieve project goals.
Track actual project cost v/s the budgeted project cost.
Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools and track the same
Prepare and maintain progress reports, mandatory project documents, proposals for reference and approval.
Attend and participate in project related meetings with client and team members.
Carry out project inspection activities to find out loop holes and rectify the same at early stage.
Ensure proper and timely handover of project.
Ensure timely billing (one bill per month) to maintain project cash flow.
Co-ordination with OEM / Vendor to get the material on time.
Conducting review meeting with the team members allocated for the project and office team (Procurement, Planning and billing).
Co-ordination with Client / PMC for necessary approvals.
Family creation using Revit.
Working knowledge of Autocad 2D, Revit and Navisworks.
Able to develop and produce Revit content and undertake design detailing and scheduling.
Able to work under pressure.
Coordinate work with the lead technical engineer, including taking responsibility for timely completion of deliverables.
Candidates should be ready for Interview on Sat at Bengaluru office.
