    Key Responsibilities:
    Manage Closing Process: Oversee all aspects of real estate transaction closings, ensuring smooth and efficient coordination from the point of sale agreement through to the final closing.

    Team Coordination: Work closely with sales teams, legal departments, title companies, and third-party vendors to ensure all documents are prepared and signed on time.

    Document Management: Ensure all closing documents, contracts, and agreements are accurate, complete, and compliant with legal standards. Prepare closing statements, inspection reports, and other required documentation.

    Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the closing process. Provide timely updates and address any issues or concerns that arise before, during, or after the closing.

    Timeline Management: Monitor all closing timelines and ensure all deadlines are met. Work with all parties involved to resolve any delays or issues promptly.

    Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the closing process, such as financing delays, inspection results, or discrepancies in documents.

    Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure that all transactions comply with company policies, industry regulations, and state/federal laws. Identify and mitigate potential risks during the closing process.

    Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all closed transactions. Provide reports to senior management on closing activities, including closing rates, customer feedback, and any issues encountered during the process.

    Training and Development: Train and mentor new closing team members. Ensure ongoing development of the closing department.

    Qualifications:
    Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field (preferred).

    Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a closing-related role.

    Knowledge: Strong understanding of real estate contracts, escrow processes, title work, and legal documentation.
