Operation Analyst_ Finance:
Position Overview:
The candidate will be an individual contributor who will work closely with leadership team/client to develop and publish reports providing insight to key deliverables in the business. Candidates must possess a strong analytical ability, sense of urgency with an ability to work in a team environment, maintaining excellent organizational, communication and well versed with technology.
Essential Job Functions:
o Pulling out data using SQL and solving complex problems using Advanced Excel.
o Preparing and analysis the various reports. Analysis the upcoming queries ready with an resolution.
Analysis of financial data (budgets/Plans, income statement) and updating of presentations/charts, handling and managing the escalations.
o Work collaboratively with diverse teams to develop and implement solutions that best serve client needs.
o Lead initiatives to drive business growth and achieve organizational objectives.
Collaborating with management and other stakeholders to understand and address financial needs and issues
o Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including senior leaders, in a structured manner.
o Present proposals, reports, and insights clearly and persuasively to drive action.
