Work Days - 5.5 (Monday to Friday, all days work from the office Saturday Half Day)
Work timings - 10:30 am - 7:30 pm
Work Location - Malad West (Mindspace)
Job Profile -
1. Research on Industries and Companies.
2. Understanding job requirements from clients.
3. Candidate Sourcing - Source relevant candidates/profiles matching the parameters of the requirements.
4. Candidate Management - Interview Follow-up / Post Interview Feedback.
5. Placing candidates - Follow up with the candidates till joining and post joining.
6. The role would be in the end-to-end recruitment process.
