- Dear All, We have an opportunity for a "Business / Sales Analyst International Business" at the Ahmedabad (Gujarat) Location. Salary: 10-12LPA Experience: 8 to 10 years of relevant business analysis experience, preferably within the FMCG sector. Qualifications: MBA or equivalent degree, or a related field. Strong proficiency in data analysis tools, Excel. Bond: 3 years bond Job Description: Understand business requirements clearly and use data sources to deliver efficient, quality dashboards. Track, compile, analyze, and report sales data to forecast overall and territory-wise sales trends. Provide support to Sales Heads with easy access to relevant data. Review past sales data to determine trends in productivity and prepare accurate reports from internal and external sources. Prepare and monitor variance reports such as Forecast vs. Actual Sales and Competitor Activity Reports to assist in smart budgeting and control management. Evaluate data from external sources to assess sales potential and recommend best practices for company success. Plan for trade marketing and sales promotions budgets. Devise pricing strategies in collaboration with management for existing and new products. Responsible for efficient inventory planning, including near-expiry product tracking and liquidation. Gather and analyze data to proactively address problem areas, presenting actionable insights to the sales team and management. Collaborate with other departments when necessary. Experience: 10-12 years of relevant experience in business analysis, preferably within the FMCG sector. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of FMCG business processes. Experience in managing and analyzing sales, inventory, and financial data to derive actionable insights. Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
