Job Title: Offshore Insurance Customer Service Representative Location: Vadodara, India Shift: US Night Shift (8 PM 5 AM IST) Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days) Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated Offshore Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team in Vadodara. This role involves handling customer inquiries, policy details, and claims-related queries for US-based insurance clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist US customers with insurance-related queries via calls, emails, or chat. Provide accurate information on policies, claims, and coverage. Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary. Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Requirements: Experience: 6 months 2 years in international customer service (preferably in insurance). Education: Any graduate (preferred in Business, Finance, or related fields).
