Alignment to the Strategic goals of the organization would be one of the Key factors Role Responsibilities: Proactive participation in the Design of compensation structures/models, allowances, salary ranges, long & short term incentive programs, policy formulation. Conduct/Actively Participate in budgeting, financial impact analysis, and scenario planning to evaluate optimal solutions and implementation plans. Refine market intelligence data to periodically benchmark compensation programs/processes and recommend enhancements to improve their competitiveness. Ensure that compensation practices comply with current legislation. Work with Leadership to Design and deploy various compensation programs to drive organizational performance through world-class governance and employee experience practices. Manage large change/program initiatives that affect the larger organization and drive business value. Lead key/strategic initiatives within the practice. Jointly/Independently resolve escalated compensation issues and recommend optimal solutions for high-complexity issues. Develop and report metrics related to the effectiveness of managed compensation programs/processes. Engage with internal stakeholders and user groups to solicit actionable feedback on programs and recommend design improvements. Develop targeted education programs and communication material on compensation offerings. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in core compensation and benefit areas of organization(s) with multi-country operations or consulting experience in total rewards. Strong analytical and quantitative skills to work with complex data, with an emphasis on accuracy. High proficiency in operating with spreadsheets and databases. Attention to detail with an understanding of the larger context to recommend solutions factoring in multiple variables. Ability to engage with multiple internal and external stakeholders to realize shared objectives. Capability to take responsibility and operate independently in a fast-paced environment. Education: MBA or equivalent preferred.
