SAP GRC Implementation and Configuration:
- Analyze business requirements and design SAP GRC solutions accordingly.
- Implement SAP GRC modules, including Access Control (AC), Process Control (PC), Risk Management (RM), and Audit Management (AM).
- Configure security controls and workflows in SAP GRC.
- Integrate SAP GRC with other systems as needed.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure proper functionality.

Risk and Compliance Management:
- Assist clients in identifying risks and gaps in their processes and controls.
- Work with stakeholders to develop and implement risk management frameworks within SAP GRC.
- Monitor and track compliance with regulatory standards, internal policies, and industry best practices.

Stakeholder Communication and Support:
- Serve as a subject matter expert for SAP GRC-related queries.
- Provide training to end users and administrators on SAP GRC functionality.
- Support ongoing system maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

Project Management:
- Participate in the planning, design, and execution of SAP GRC projects.
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Manage project risks and ensure timely project delivery.

Documentation and Reporting:
- Document SAP GRC configurations, changes, and processes.
- Generate reports and dashboards related to risk and compliance performance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of GRC activities.
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong experience in SAP GRC modules, especially Access Control (AC), Process Control (PC), Risk Management (RM), and Audit Management (AM).
- In-depth knowledge of SAP GRC security, role management, and workflows.
- Experience with regulatory frameworks such as SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- SAP GRC certification (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Access Control).
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and other SAP products.
Job Summary: The SAP GRC Consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining SAP GRC solutions for our clients, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and managing risks effectively. This role involves working closely with business users, IT teams, and project managers to understand business needs and design customized GRC solutions that enhance the organizations governance, risk, and compliance management processes.
