Job Description

Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and review high-quality assessments for Pre-K to Grade 10 Mathematics projects. - Ensure timely delivery of high-quality content by coordinating with internal teams and freelancers. - Analyse the data and write Pedagogical Insights for all project deliverables. - Conduct field visits to evaluate assessment tool implementation. Support Functions: - Assist in designing and conducting training/workshops on assessment processes, content creation, and report analysis. Organisational Development: - Contribute to the organisations knowledge base by publishing blogs, journal articles, and research papers. Qualifications & Prior Experience: - Graduate/Postgraduate with Mathematics as one of the subjects. - Proficient in Mathematics content creation and assessment development. - Strong writing and research skills. - Knowledge of Indian languages (Telugu as a must) for regional content adaptation. - 0-3 years of experience in the education space (Freshers can apply too). - Candidates with relevant work experience in design, implementation, or creation of Math content. - Teaching experience in the K-8 segment will be an added advantage.,
