Job Description

Vacancy with a leading Software Development MNC In Navallur Chennai  for the Role of IT Support Engineer. 

The incumbent can be a Fresher  Diploma Holder or Experienced in IT Support with Certification in any of the following: CCNA / MCSA /Azure / AWS .

Job Role : Troubleshooting network connectivity (LAN & WLAN) issues.
Installing desktop and hardware such as CD-ROM, soundcards, additional network cards, projector among others.
Installing and providing supports for Antivirus and Anti spywares softwares which is includes Norton, Kaspersky, symantec end point, and Trend micro
Configuring print devices (network and local) on desktops and laptops.
Perform various troubleshooting and maintenance operations in Windows System and Desktop and Laptop environments.
